Due to the nature of our products, we request customers to read this policy carefully.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect order placed by the customer.
• Minor color differences due to screen settings.
• Damage caused by misuse.

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.

Replacement

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded based on product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.
